Eat and Drink Properly
Fuel yourself is a must in mountain biking. Eat and drink properly to stay active in there. However, beginners don’t take this seriously. But remember mountain riding is a heavy work that can easily make you weaken. Eat healthy food and drink much water regularly.
Keep some dry, healthy food and fresh water with you while you are riding. Many things can happen there such as you can break your bike, or got hurt or anything. So there is a possibility that you have to spend a whole day in there. Don’t forget to keep some food and water. That’s a common mistake every beginner often do.
Too much air pressure
A usually amateur rider thinks that too much pressure on tires can helpful during riding. That’s a misconception. Consequently, they jump more on every bump, escalating the bumpiness of the ride while lessening control. Always keep tire pressure in perfect condition not much, not less. You can use your thumb to check the tire pressure if you feel pinch flats than add a bit more air.
Ignore Wearing Helmet
Lots of people don’t like to wear hamlet while riding on the mountain. Me too! I wish I can ride without using a helmet. Actually, you can ride without wearing a helmet but as it is dangerous to ride on the mountain so there is a possibility that you can’t get the 2nd chance to ride up the mountain again! Yeah, without helmet riding in the mountain is way too much risky. You can get hurt seriously without the helmet.
Keep some tool and Spares
Anything can happen out there on the mountain. Keep some important accessories with you. You can keep a small toolbox with your bike and keep some essential tools so that you can make a way back to home if something happens. Often bikes broke in there or parts stop working. Amateur rides often forget to keep or don’t consider it important. Believe me, it is important and you will thank me for this tips.
